Abstract
A new technique for the determination of bone mineral density, based on the detection of both coherently and Compton scattered photons in a narrow beam geometry, is described. Initial results show that this method delivers an accuracy of less than 2% when varying quantities of materials surround the measuring site. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
