Abstract
We report a case of polyorchidism that presented as testicular torsion. A brief historical note and the clinical manifestations are discussed. Of the 39 reported cases in the literature this is the second case in which histopathology of the excised testicle revealed Sertoli cells without evidence of spermatogenesis. Keywords
