Abstract

In the spectrum of Pb III three new singlet terms viz.

6 s 7 s {}^{1}S_{0}

,

6 s 7 p {}^{1}P_{1}

and

6 s 7 d {}^{1}D_{2}

have been found to give rise to seventeen new lines which are here reported.
