Abstract
The fourth-order forward photon-photon scattering in an external magnetic field is considered by using an explicit "momentum" representation of the electron propagator. The optical theorem is then used to obtain the total pair-creation cross sections. Explicit results are obtained for the zero-field limit and for the case when both photon momenta are parallel to the magnetic field. Keywords
