Abstract
There is only a single generation of free-living adults in the life cycle of S. fülleborni. The free-living mature female lays a batch of eggs after each mating, thus increasing the number of infective larvae. Unfertilized females of the exogenic generation are unable to lay viable eggs. Keywords
