Abstract
The analysis of the transient photoconductivity in insulators having field‐dependent mobilities is presented. Two specific electric field dependencies, a simple power law, and an exponential dependence on the square root of the field have been treated in detail. For the exponential dependence, which is of current experimental interest, analysis is carried out for both step‐function illumination and pulse illumination. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
