Abstract
CLOZAPINE has proved to be effective in treating patients with refractory schizophrenia.1-5 The purpose of this study was to determine, in a randomized trial, the cost-effectiveness of clozapine compared with conventional medication alternatives ("usual care") typically used for patients with treatment-refractory schizophrenia in state hospitals.Keywords
