Abstract
Keighley suggests that one of the most common definitions of quality is customer satisfaction and that it is essential 'that what makes customers satisfied should be obtainable.’ (1). Whether one agrees that customer satisfaction defines quality or is, in fact, a measure of quality of care, one must recognise the demand for it is a rising phenomenon in the NHS.Keywords
