Crossed Immunoelectrophoresis and Crossed-line Immunoelectrophoresis of Salmonella dublin Antigens

Abstract
Crossed immunoelectrophoresis and crossed-line immunoelectrophoresis were used to detect 62 antigens in extracts of sonicated S. dublin against an homologous antiserum. Comparison with 6 extracts of closely related bacteria showed that all but 2 of these antigens cross-reacted with at least 1 other extract.
