Abstract
The life histories of 2 forms (strains) of P. b. were studied under laboratory conditions. The pink form reproduced parthenogenetically, producing only [female][female]. The gray form reproduced sexually, producing both [male][male] and [female][female] Unmated [female][female] of the gray form failed to reproduce, thus resulting in the prolongation of their adult stage. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
