Methods are described for analysis for glucose, nonprotein nitrogen, inorganic phosphorus, calcium, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, sodium, potassium, pH, chloride, cephalin flocculation, total cholesterol, total protein and albumin. The quantities of plasma or serum required for analysis range from 0.02 to 0.1 ml. and the performances of the analyses are simple enough to enable them to be used in clinical laboratories.
