Abstract
Disintegration of peripheral lung tissue followed by filtration through an 80 mesh stainless steel screen yields a filtrate containing tissue particles with properties consistent with their identification as fragments of alveolar walls. Application of this procedure readily yields large quantities of alveolar wall tissue.Keywords
