Abstract
Angiomyolipomas are well recognized but uncommon tumors that can involve the kidney. To our knowledge a well documented case of malignant change of angiomyolipoma has never been reported. We report a case of renal angiomyolipoma and leiomyosarcoma with a clearly identified transition of benign to malignant elements seen in the resected tissue. Keywords
