Abstract
Summary: The mechanism of the inhibition of isoagglutination in plasma pools was investigated. None of our evidence indicates that the phenomenon is due to a nonspecific factor. It appears that the inhibiting substances are the group-specific agglutinogens. The distribution of these substances among fractions prepared from human plasma was studied. Keywords
