Abstract
Relativistic K-LL Auger transition rates are presented for nine ions in the neon isoelectronic sequence up to uranium. We employ the intermediate-coupling scheme including interchannel interactions. For neutral neon a comparison with experimental data is given. We demonstrate that intercontinuum interactions result in a remarkable redistribution of individual transition rates even in highly energetic transitions. Keywords
