Abstract
A new technique in the histochemical localization of enzymes was devised which is based on the use of an in situ indicator. As an illustrative example of this type of technique, succinic dehydrbgenase was demonstrated in tissue sections with neotetrazolium chloride serving as the in situ indicator. Keywords
