Abstract
Summary: The adaption of Newcastle disease virus to growth in tissue cultures of Ehrlich carcinoma cells is described. The differences between the unadapted and adapted viruses in their behavior in in vitro adsorption and elution reactions is described. A possible mechanism for the difference between the activities of the virus and tumor cell mixtures at 4° and 37°C is advanced. Keywords
