Abstract
Squamous‐cell carcinoma involving the upper lip grows more rapidly and is more difficult to control than squamous‐cell carcinoma of the lower lip. The lesion usually is histologically more undifferentiated than squamous‐cell carcinoma of the lower lip and metastases develop earlier. A case report of a patient with a squamous‐cell carcinoma in an upper lip with regional metastases is presented and illustrated. Keywords
