Abstract
Radiography and computed tomography measurements were made of femoral neck anteversion, femoral head cartilage distribution, and the orientation of the acetabulum. The measurements were made in elderly cadaver femurs and in patients. They failed to establish any correlation between the femoral neck anteversion and the orientation of the articulating surface of the femoral head, nor between the femoral neck anteversion and the angles of the acetabulum. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
