Abstract
A normal coordinate treatment was carried out using a general quadratic potential function. Possible sets of force constants were evaluated on the basis of previously observed vibrational bands. The most probable range for the potential constants was established by means of bond order criteria and distributions of potential and kinetic energies among the internal coordinates. Keywords
