Abstract
Brain, kidney and muscle tissue from animals in acute guanidine intoxication and tetany after parathyroidectomy had a higher water content than was found in these tissues in control animals. The ash-solids ratio in muscles of tetanic animals was the same as in controls. Blood from 2 rats in acute guanidine intoxication had a lower water content than blood of a normal rat. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
