Abstract
Two cases of Campylobacter mucosalis enteritis in children are reported. The patients recovered without antimicrobial therapy. Strains were isolated only by the feces filtration technique. In one child, bactericidal antibodies to the homologous strain were detected in a convalescent-phase serum sample. C. mucosalis should be considered a primary intestinal pathogen. Keywords
