A Pascal Program that Assesses the Interrater Reliability of Nominal Scales

Abstract

This paper describes a computer program that calculates the kappa statistic for each category of a nominal scale and an overall kappa statistic for the total scale. Standard errors, z tests, and probability values for each statistical test are output by the program.
