Abstract
A [human] case of intramedullary sarcoidosis simulating a tumor of the cervical spinal cord was presented. Autopsy showed that the disease was limited to the cervical cord and hilar lymph nodes. The literature was reviewed, and 6 cases of histologically documented spinal cord sarcoidosis were discussed. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
