Abstract
We report a new case of renal carcinoma in allograft kidney, 5 years after transplantation, which presented as a suspect allograft abscess in a complex history of recurrent urinary infection. Only surgical management with peroperative histological evaluation permitted us to confirm the diagnosis of malignancy. Keywords
