Abstract
TWO hundred Vietnamese refugees living in three London boroughs were interviewed concerning their food habits and attitudes towards diet. They recalled dietary patterns in Vietnam and limitations due to food shortages. Changes in diet in this country and their attitudes towards food in relation to health are described.Keywords
