Abstract
Multiple minute digitate hyper-keratoses are located on the chest, arms, and legs of a 32-year old Negro soldier. The lesions do not resemble acrochordon (or "skin tags") or previously described epidermal defects. The hematoxylin and eosin and elastic tissue stains revealed a bizarre disturbance of the horny layer. Topical keratolytics, superficial surgery, cryotherapy, and desiccation were unacceptable forms of therapy. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
