Abstract
The amount of reproduction in 2 littoral and sublittoral spp., Tellina tenuis and T. jabula, showed peaks during 1926, 1930, 1933, and either 1935 or 1936. These large broods showed a close relation with rises in temp., and, in at least T. tenuis, the size of the brood seemed proportional to the rise in temp. No correlation appeared with either sunshine or rainfall.
