Abstract
The lowest-lying states of isotopic spin and are surveyed for odd-odd nuclei with by considering -decay schemes and Coulomb energy differences. For the lowest and states appear to be very close together. The analysis permits certain predictions regarding the decay schemes of of these nuclei. Further experimental information is needed on the higher members of this series, from to . Predicted -decay schemes for some corresponding nuclei are also summarized.
