Abstract
Thin films of ZnS:Cu, Mn, Cl have been excited by direct current and the response to voltage reversal and unidirectional square pulses studied. Emission-current-voltage relations are considered and the results compared with information on ac-excited phosphors of this type. The results indicate that applications of dc excited films in solid-state devices depend on their good brightness at low voltage and high discrimination ratio. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
