Abstract
The size of ordered domains in Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics is estimated by minimizing the Helmholtz free energy of the system. All the differences between the ordered domains and the disordered matrix are taken into consideration. The charge imbalance plays an important role in the system. The theoretical estimation agrees satisfactorily with measured results. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
