Abstract
The author describes a new technique of repositioning sagging cheek skin based on the principle of suspending the affected skin with surgical sutures and fixating them to the distant deep temporalis fascia. Thus the incision site is hidden in the hairy scalp. The same principle and technique can be applied to lifting of the skin of the forehead and neck. Keywords
