Abstract
The antiferromagnetic resonance in Mn1-cZncF2 has been measured by far infrared spectroscopy. The frequency of the resonance falls approximately linearly with c with a gradient d nu /dc=-11.1 cm-1. The line is very narrow (-1 full width at half maximum) for c-1 for c=0.5. The CPA calculation of Buyers, Pepper and Elliott (1973) has been refined and agrees well with the experimental data for c<or=0.25.Keywords
