Marihuana Extract in Chimpanzees: Absence of Long-Term Effects on Operant Behavior

Abstract

6 chimpanzees were given 37 doses of marihuana extract over a 7-mo. period. No long-term effects on baseline operant responding were observed in these animals when compared with the behavior of non-drug control chimpanzees.
