Abstract
-Five to 8 samples each of 54 different fruits and vegetables grown in Israel were analyzed for carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, Ca, Fe, Na, and K. Values are reported and discussed.Keywords
