Abstract
Six commonly employed local anesthetics were investigated with emphasis on the cardiovascular depressant effects of these drugs. All of the drugs utilized in this study were shown to be capable of producing direct myocardial depression of severe degree, and the relative toxicity was determined on this basis.Keywords
