MOTILITY OF FEMALE GENITAL-TRACT (TGF) IN MAMMALS HORMONAL CORRELATIONS

Abstract

The motility and pharmacological reactivity of the uterine tract of mammals [rabbit, dog] are linked with the ovarian cycle and gestation. In birds, studies of the hormonal mechanism and uterine motility involved in ovulation, egg formation and uterine dilatation can be used as an experimental model of mammalian gestation.
