Meningioma Associated with Intracranial Aneurysm or Cerebral Thrombosis

Abstract
Cerebral meningiomas associated with intracranial aneurysms occur very rarely, few cases, to which the authors' two may be added, having been published in the literature. Moreover, the present paper also reports on a case of meningioma associated with thrombosis of a large cerebral vessel, considered to be unique in literature. The diagnostic difficulties and therapeutical approach in such associations are discussed for each separate case. Es wird über 3 Fälle von supratentoriellen Meningiomen berichtet, von denen 2 mit Aneurysmen und 1 mit einer Thrombose der A. cerebri media kombiniert waren. Die Besonderheiten dieser Fälle werden beschrieben, ihre Pathogenese, Diagnose und Behandlung auf Grund eigener Daten und der Literatur kommentiert unter Betonung der diagnostischen und therapeutischen Schwierigkeiten, die bei diesen Kombinationen vorkommen. Der Fall mit Thrombose dürfte einmalig sein. Les auteurs ajoutent deux cas d'association de méningiomes avec des anevrysmes intracraniens à ceux de la littérature, rarement publiés. Le présent travail rend compte en plus d'un méningiome associé à une thrombose d'un gros vaisseau cérébral, cas unique de la littérature. Les difficultés du diagnostic et le plan thérapeutique sont discutés pour chacun d'eux.
