Abstract
Summary: When two strains of mice congeneric with respect to the H-2 locus were tested for reactivity to the H-Y antigen, their responses more nearly resembled those of unrelated animals with the same H-2 type than those of their parental strains. It is therefore suggested that the H-2 locus largely determines reactivity against the H-Y antigen. Keywords
