Graphical presentation of multidimensional flow histogram using hexagonal segmentation

Abstract
Improvements in the method of presenting a multidimensional histogram for flow cytometric data are described. Two‐dimensional data were systematically quantized into hexagonal subareas, which facilitated an accurate presentation of the distribution with a smaller number of bins and sample cells.Keywords
