Abstract
Calculations are presented for the reaction at MeV. Differential cross sections to the ground state and the 0.175- and 0.500-MeV states are estimated and compared with experimental results. It is shown that the 0° (, ) cross section at MeV is not directly proportional to the Gamow-Teller strength and thus the experimental results cannot be used to used to estimate the absorption of solar neutrinos.
