Urolithiasis Associated with Pregnancy

Abstract
Of 34,081 deliveries in a 12 yr period 20 were complicated by urinary calculi during the pregnancy. Of the 20 deliveries 3 required intervention either during pregnancy or immediately postpartum. There were no maternal deaths and only 1 stillborn secondary to erythroblastosis. Analysis of symptoms, findings, procedures and outcome is presented in this uncommon but serious problem.
