Abstract
Cellular K status was studied in 9 nephrotic children using 2 techniques, the isotopic K-dilution method, and erythrocyte K detn. The total body exchangeable K values, though low with relation to total edematous body wt., were within normal limits when related to "non-edematous" wt., height, and urinary preformed creatinine output. The red blood cell K values also were well within normal limits. Keywords
