Abstract
The inverse Kirkwood–Buff integral method is applied to mixtures of water with ethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine at 0, 25 and 40 °C. Preferential solvation in these systems is deduced from these integrals and shown over the entire composition range for the 0 °C data, and the trends at higher temperatures are discussed. In these systems the mutual interactions of the components are stronger than the self-interactions.Keywords
