Abstract
N-Acetylputrescine and N1-acetylspermidine were synthesized from putrescine in cultured human lymphocytes. They were identified by paper chromatography and t.l.c. Acetylputrescine was also identified by mass spectrometry. N-Acetylputrescine and N1-acetylspermidine were formed in untreated cells and in lectin-transformed cells. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
