Abstract
Summary The absorption of cyanocobalamin labelled with radioactive isotopes of cobalt was studied in 42 cases of tropical sprue. Impaired absorption was found in 34 patients. Abnormality was usually present even during clinical remissions of the disease. Absorption was not usually improved by the administration of intrinsic factor or calcium lactate. Keywords
