Abstract
The influence of positive as well as negative chemical pressure on the anomalously high Neel temperature of CeRh2Si2(TN=36 K) is investigated by the partial substitution of various other transition metals (Co, Ni, Cu, Ru, Pd, Os and Au) for Rh. All these substituents tend to decrease TN of CeRh2Si2. Contrary to the expectations based on Doniach's Kondo lattice model 1977, the authors do not find direct correlation between the lattice volume change and the observed values of TN.Keywords
