Abstract
The plasma red shifts of and were measured in an atmospheric-pressure wall-stabilized arc, which was operated in argon with a small admixture of either hydrogen or deuterium. The measurements have yielded, within the experimental uncertainties, the same red shifts for and , i.e., zero mass dependence.
