Abstract
A mutagen, 3-amino-1-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole (Trp-P-2,), was reacted with DNA in the presence of rat liver microsomes. One of the modified bases was identified as 3-(C8-guanyl)amino-1-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole. (Applicability to carcinogenesis is discussed.).This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
