Abstract

The previously described neutron resonance spectrometer has been modified to improve the determination of the effect of

\vec{E} \times \frac{\vec{v}}{c}

. An improved upper limit has been obtained for the neutron electric dipole moment of

| \frac{μ_{e}}{e} | < 1.0 \times 10^{- 23}

cm with 80% confidence.
